Our Story

In 2004, Northpoint Christian Academy was founded by Kathy Badger, who desired to find an educational model that balanced the freedom and flexibility of homeschooling with the structure and education of private school. Motivated by her desire to provide a Christ-centered education, Kathy pioneered a new approach to Christian learning that would soon benefit other families as well.

By 2005, Northpoint opened its doors to 106 students in grades 7 through 12, launching the academy’s first school year. Over the past 20 years, nearly 500 students have graduated from Northpoint, many of whom have gone on to become leaders in their communities. The academy has also awarded over 20 scholarships to deserving students, empowering them to continue their educational and spiritual journeys. Today, Northpoint is thriving at full capacity, with over 300 students enrolled from Preschool through 12th grade.

Fast forward to 2024, Northpoint recognized an even broader need, not only within their own school but for Christian families everywhere. Project Revival was created to meet this growing demand, offering support, resources, and community to families striving to raise their children according to Biblical principles. While the local church remains central to this mission, Project Revival provides additional opportunities for families to grow together and experience a deeper sense of connection.

We understand that many families feel alone in their commitment to raising children with a Biblical worldview or are looking for tools to better equip them on this journey. Project Revival was designed with this in mind—partnering families with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to raise world changers who will carry a strong, Christ-centered worldview into the world.
